Uttarakhand Football Arena brings its 3rd Edition of Arena Cup Date - 14th Oct 2023 Venue - Uttarakhand Football Arena Registration fees - 999/ Team Rules & Regulations 1. There will be total 7 players in the team of which 5 can play at a time and 2 players will be present for the rolling substitute. 2. For Rolling substitution it is necessary to inform the Referee. 3. The players are expected to be in proper attire i.e. football boots, shorts, t-shirts, stocking and shin guards. 4. In case of draw there would be directly sudden death and penalty will be taken from the half line without the goal keeper and the football should directly strike the goal i.e. without any bounce. The in-game penalty will also be followed the same way. 5. No throw-ins from the side lines instead ball is placed on ground and passed in to a teammate with the Free kick 6. For free kicks and corners, the opposing team has to be minimum of 3 yards away from the ball. 7. All games will be played with regular size football i.e. 5 8. Any type of Refund of the Registration fee will not be allowed.
