Entry Ticket

1. Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the entry fee. Slots are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once registration closes. Exception: Active Arena cancellation (full refund) or pre-tournament medical certificate (50% refund).
3. Players must report 30 minutes before their scheduled match time. A 5-minute grace period applies, after which a walkover will be awarded to the opponent.
4. All on-field decisions made by the umpire are final and binding. Only the team captain may address the umpire during a match.
5. Fixtures, match timings, group draws, and scheduling are decided by the organisers and may change without prior notice.
6. Players must wear turf shoes or flat-soled sports footwear. Metal studs are strictly prohibited. Entry to courts may be denied for improper footwear.
7. Participants must carry a valid government ID for verification at registration and check-in.
8. Squad rosters must be submitted before the tournament begins. Player substitutions or transfers between teams after submission are not permitted under any circumstance.
9. Participants play at their own risk. Active Arena is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
10. Misconduct, abusive behaviour, violence, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
11. Photos and videos taken during the event may be used by Active Arena for promotional purposes.
12. In case of any dispute or discrepancy, the Tournament Director's decision is final and no appeals will be entertained.
