1. Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the entry fee. Slots are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once registration closes.
 3. Players must report 15 minutes before their scheduled match time. A 10-minute grace period applies, after which a walkover will be awarded to the opponent.
 4. Matches follow a single 21-point knockout format; the final is Best-of-3. Umpire/organiser decisions are final and binding.
5. Fixtures, match timings, and draws are decided by the organisers and may change without prior notice.
 6. Players must wear non-marking shoes and appropriate sports attire. Entry to courts may be denied otherwise.
 7. Participants must carry a valid government ID for verification.
 8. Doubles pairs must be registered together; substitutions after the draw are not permitted.
9. Participants play at their own risk. Active Arena is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
 10. Misconduct, abusive behaviour, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
11. Photos and videos taken during the event may be used by Active Arena for promotional purposes.
 12. In case of a tie in reporting or disputes, the organiser’s decision is final.
