Beginner Footy - Gurgaon (Vision Academy x SIS)

LADIES, JOIN US THIS SATURDAY IN GURGAON FOR A FOOTY SESSION! Sisters in Sweat along with Vision Football Academy brings you Beginner Footy Sessions in Gurgaon, exclusively for women every Saturday evening! These sessions are open to all women! The football drills are designed for you to have fun and at the same time learn the basics of the sport! Each session is 75 mins long, and will consist of a warm-up, football drills which are fun and athletic, a small game and a cool down at the end. Get your cardio for the day in the most ‘baller’ way possible! 😉 When? 21st September, Saturday Where? GAMESFOREST, SEC 58 GURGAON (6:15 - 7:30 PM) What to wear? Comfortable workout clothes, incase you don't have access to football studs/turf shoes, sports shoes would be sufficient. What to bring? A bottle of water(Carry extra water if you can), a towel to wipe off sweat (if required) and loads of enthusiasm to play :) Don't miss this!! See you on the field Sisters!!
