**Terms &amp;amp; Conditions**

1. Registration is confirmed only after payment is received. Spot is not held on message/comment alone.
2. Entry fee is non-refundable in case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation (within 24 hours of the event).
3. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, a credit/reschedule may be offered at CoPlay&#039;s discretion.
4. Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start time. Late arrivals may lose their slot without refund.
5. CoPlay reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the session due to weather, court conditions, or insufficient sign-ups — in which case a full refund or reschedule will be provided.
6. Player pairings and match format (Americano rotation) will be decided by the organizers and are final.
7. All players must follow basic court etiquette and safety guidelines. Any misconduct may lead to removal without refund.
8. Hudle Credits (prize) will be added to the winner&#039;s account within 7 working days after the event.
