LADIES, ARE YOU READY FOR OUR NEXT FOOTY SESSION!
Bring out those football boots or shoes and remember to clean 'em nice! We're getting on the field to play the beautiful game!
These sessions are open to all women! The football drills are designed for you to have fun and at the same time learn the basics of the sport!
Each session is 90 mins long and will consist of a warm-up, football drills which are fun and athletic, a small game and a cool down at the end. Get your cardio for the day in the most ‘baller’ way possible! 😉
When? 25th May, Saturday
Where? Gallant Play Arena @ GK-1 N BLOCK (7-8:30pm)
What to wear? Comfortable workout clothes, incase you don't have access to football studs/turf shoes, training shoes would be sufficient.
What to bring? A bottle of water(Carry extra water if you can), a towel to wipe off sweat (if required) and loads of enthusiasm to play :)
