•Hudle will be providing the shuttlecocks and conducting the tournament but all the players have to get their respective badminton rackets and wear non-marking badminton shoes. 
•Once you have registered, the organizers will get in touch with you to collect more details about you.
•To participate, a person must be 15 years of age or above on the day of the event.
•Please carry an ID proof with you on the day of the event. The ID will need to be scanned before entry. Registration is non-transferable. In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
•Kindly don`t carry any valuables or items of personal nature as the venue does not have any storage space. Hudle will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property or belongings.
•Once registered, the registration cannot be cancelled. However, if The Badminton Hudle (hereinafter, “the event”) is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity, other unforeseen circumstances, Hudle will issue a voucher for the full amount which can be redeemed for future Hudle events in the calendar year of 2018. 
•If play is suspended in the middle, due to unforeseen circumstances, the event will be finished on a later date which has already been fixed by Hudle in advance.
•Participants or parent/guardian in case of minors acknowledge and consent to photographs and electronic images being taken of them before, during or after the event by an official representative and/or agent of the event organizer. Participants acknowledge and agree that such photographs and electronic images are owned by the event organizer and that the event organizer and event sponsors may use the image for promotional use. These images, participants’ names and event results may be used for reporting purposes or other purposes at any time by any form of media without further consent being necessary. The event organizer is not responsible for photographs and electronic images taken by persons who are not an official representative of the event organizer.
•The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. By registering for the event, participants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions as revised from time to time (including revisions and/or amendments that may take place after registration). 
•Participants completely understand and agree that: (i) participating in the event involves real risk of serious injury and/or death from various causes including over exertion, dehydration, accidents with other competitors, spectators, weather conditions and other causes; (ii) they should not compete in this event unless they have trained appropriately and their physical condition has been verified by a medical practitioner; and (iii) safety precautions undertaken by organizers (such as sport supervision) are a service to the participants but are not a guarantee of safety.
•By registering to participate in the event, the participants (or parent/guardian in case of a minor) declare, confirm and agree that they (i) understand the risk of injury by participating in a sport; (ii) have fully understood the risk and responsibility of participating in The Badminton Hudle and will be participating entirely at their risk and responsibility; (iii) for themselves and their legal representatives, waive all claims of whatsoever nature against any and all Sponsors of the event, authorities, all contractors and firms working on or near the event venue, officials, volunteers, M/s Rhombus Sports Services Pvt. Ltd. and all other persons and entities associated with the event and the directors, employees, agents and representatives of all or any of the aforementioned including, but not limited to, any claims that might result from them participating in the event and whether on account of illness, injury, death or otherwise; (iv) unconditionally, absolutely and irrevocably agree to indemnify M/s Rhombus Sports Services Pvt. Ltd., any and all Sponsors of the event, authorities, all contractors and firms working on or near the event venue, officials, volunteers, and all other persons and entities associated with the event and the directors, employees, agents and representatives of all or any of the aforementioned against all liability (including liability for Participants’ negligence and the negligence of others) for any and all eventualities, including but not limited to, injury and/or death, loss or damage arising out of or connected with the Participants’ participation in this event. (v) agree that if they are injured or taken ill or otherwise suffer any detriment whatsoever, they hereby irrevocably authorize the event officials and organizers to, at the Participant’s risk and cost, transport them to a medical facility and/or to administer emergency medical treatment and they waive all claims that might result from such transport and/or treatment or delay or deficiency therein. They shall pay or reimburse the medical and emergency expenses and they hereby authorize the organizer to incur the same on their behalf; (vi) shall provide event organizers and officials such medical data relating to them as they may request. (vii) They agree that nothing herein shall oblige the event officials or organizers or any other person to incur any expense or to provide any transport or treatment.
•In case officials present at the event venue are of the opinion that a participant is medically unfit to engage/compete/participate/attend the event, such participant will either (i) not be allowed entry; and/or (ii) evicted from the event premises.
•Participants agree to abide by all rules, regulations and directions as issued and/or informed by the event organizers. 
•Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited at the venue and any person under the influence of alcohol (i) will not be allowed entry; or (ii) immediately evicted from the event premises.
•Hudle reserves the rights of admission.
•Participants unconditionally agree that any spectator and/or any other person accompanying the participant shall also be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, the participant agrees to absolutely, unconditionally and irrevocably indemnify M/s Rhombus Sports Services Pvt. Ltd., any and all Sponsors of the event, authorities, all contractors and firms working on or near the event venue, officials, volunteers, and all other persons and entities associated with the event and the directors, employees, agents and representatives of all or any of the aforementioned against all liability for any and all eventualities, including but not limited to, injury and/or death, loss or damage.
