Gorilla Smash Club – Pickleball Tournament Terms &amp; Conditions
1. General Information
1.1. The Gorilla Smash Trophy Pickleball Tournament ) is organized by Gorilla Smash Club .
1.2. Participation in the Tournament constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, venue, or rules at any time for operational or safety reasons.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Tournament is open to all players who have completed registration and paid the entry fee in full.
2.2. Players must adhere to the age and skill-level categories as defined by the Organizer.
2.3. Any false information provided during registration may lead to disqualification without refund.
3. Registration &amp; Fees
3.1. Registration must be completed through the official platform (e.g., Hudle / website link).
3.2. Entry fees are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation by the Organizer.
3.3. Late entries will not be accepted once registration is closed.
3.4. Each player/team must report to the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match.
4. Tournament Format &amp; Rules
4.1. All matches will follow standard Pickleball rules as per IFP (International Federation of Pickleball) guidelines unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Match format (Best of 3 sets, rally scoring, etc.) will be announced prior to the start of the event.
4.3. The decision of the referee or tournament director is final and binding.
4.4. Players must wear proper sports attire and non-marking shoes.
4.5. Unsportsmanlike behavior, abusive language, or misconduct may lead to immediate disqualification.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. All participants are expected to maintain respect towards opponents, referees, and organizers.
5.2. Any attempt to influence the results or manipulate matches will result in suspension or permanent ban from future tournaments.
5.3. Alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the venue.
6. Prizes &amp; Awards
6.1. Cash prizes and/or merchandise will be awarded as announced.
6.2. Prize distribution may vary depending on the number of entries in each category.
6.3. Taxes, if applicable, will be borne by the winners.
6.4. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or withhold prizes in case of disputes or rule violations.
7. Media &amp; Promotion
7.1. By participating, players consent to the use of their names, photographs, and videos for promotional and marketing purposes by Gorilla Smash Club.
7.2. No separate compensation will be provided for the use of such materials.
8. Liability &amp; Safety
8.1. Players participate at their own risk. The Organizer will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
8.2. Basic first aid will be available at the venue, but participants are responsible for their own health and insurance coverage.
8.3. Players must inform the organizers of any medical conditions prior to participation.
9. Cancellations &amp; Postponement
9.1. In the event of weather disruptions or unforeseen circumstances, matches may be rescheduled or cancelled.
9.2. The Organizer’s decision regarding refunds or rescheduling shall be final.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Any disputes arising during the tournament will be resolved by the Tournament Committee.
10.2. The decision of the Committee will be final and binding on all participants.
11. Organizer’s Rights
11.1. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any player/team for non-compliance with these terms.
11.2. The Organizer may update or amend these Terms &amp; Conditions at any time.
