Terms &amp;amp;amp;amp; Conditions

1. Eligibility: The tournament is open to players with a DUPR rating below 3.5. Players may be subject to rating verification.
2. Tournament Format: The event will follow a League + Knockout format. The organiser reserves the right to modify the format based on participation and time constraints.
3. DUPR Rating: Matches will be submitted as DUPR-rated matches. Players are responsible for ensuring their DUPR profiles and details are accurate.
4. Match Rules: All matches will follow standard pickleball rules, with specific scoring and match formats communicated before the event.
5. Reporting Time: Players must arrive and complete registration/check-in before their scheduled match. Late arrivals may result in a walkover.
6. Sportsmanship: Players are expected to maintain fair play and respectful conduct towards opponents, officials, venue staff, and other participants. Unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in disqualification.
7. Equipment: Players are responsible for bringing their own paddle and suitable sportswear. Venue/equipment availability may be subject to change.
8. Prizes &amp;amp;amp;amp; Medals: Prizes and medals will be awarded to eligible winners as specified by the organiser. The organiser’s decision regarding prize eligibility will be final.
9. Schedule: Match timings may be adjusted due to delays, court availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Refunds &amp;amp;amp;amp; Cancellations: Registration fees are non-refundable once the tournament has been confirmed, except where otherwise communicated by the organiser.
11. Photography &amp;amp;amp;amp; Media: Participants may be photographed or recorded during the event for community, promotional, and social media purposes.
12. Organiser’s Rights: The organiser reserves the right to amend the tournament format, schedule, rules, or eligibility criteria when reasonably required to conduct the event smoothly.
13. Final Decision: Decisions made by the tournament organisers regarding match disputes, eligibility, scoring, and conduct will be considered final.
