GENERAL TERMS &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:
The tournament is open to players with a DUPR rating of 3.69 or below, as well as unrated players. The organizers reserve the right to assess player eligibility based on the intended skill level of the tournament.

2. Format:
The tournament will follow a League + Knockout format. Match format, scoring, and qualification criteria will be communicated by the organizers.

3. Doubles Registration:
Players must register as a doubles team. Any partner changes or substitutions require prior approval from the organizers.

4. Reporting Time:
Players must report at the venue at the designated time. Failure to report on time may result in a walkover or disqualification.

5. Match Rules:
All matches will be conducted according to standard pickleball rules along with any tournament-specific rules communicated by the organizers.

6. Sportsmanship:
Players are expected to maintain respectful and sportsmanlike conduct throughout the tournament. Misconduct may result in penalties or disqualification.

7. Registration Fee:
The registration fee is strictly non-refundable once the registration has been completed.

8. Organizer's Decision:
The organizers' decision regarding eligibility, match disputes, scheduling, scoring, and other tournament matters will be final.

9. Schedule &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Format Changes:
Organizers reserve the right to modify fixtures, timings, match formats, or other tournament arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Prizes:
Prizes and medals will be awarded to the Winners and Runners-Up.

11. Personal Belongings:
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment. Organizers will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

12. Photography &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Media:
Participants may be photographed or recorded during the event. Such content may be used by the organizers for promotional and social media purposes.

13. Acceptance:
By registering, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions and any additional rules communicated by the organizers.
