GRIP NIGHT TOURNAMENT – Terms &amp; Conditions

• This is an Open Men’s Doubles Pickleball Tournament for Intermediate and Intermediate Advanced players. Players across different skill levels within the Intermediate category are welcome to participate.

• Teams must register together. Solo registrations are not accepted. Players looking for a partner may reach out to the organizers, who may help connect players where possible, but partner availability is not guaranteed.  

• Entry Fee is ₹400 per player (₹800 per team) and must be paid in advance to confirm participation. Slots are confirmed only after successful payment.  

• Limited slots available. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  

• Each participant will receive 50 Hudle Credits and exclusive RAQTIV vouchers after participation. Credits and vouchers are non-transferable and subject to respective platform or brand validity rules.  

• Tournament format, fixtures, match structure, scoring format, and seeding (if applicable) will be decided by the organizers based on total registrations and operational requirements. Minimum matches are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.  

• Players are expected to report at least 15 minutes before their scheduled match time. Delays may result in a walkover or disqualification at the discretion of organizers.  

• Standard Pickleball rules and event regulations will be followed throughout the tournament. In case of disputes, the decision of the organizers will be final and binding.  

• Any misconduct, unsportsmanlike behavior, abuse, or violation of rules may lead to immediate disqualification without refund.  

• No refunds will be provided once registration is completed, except in case of event cancellation by the organizers.  

• Organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, match timings, formats, rules, rewards, or event structure if required due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.  

• By registering for the tournament, participants agree to all the above terms and conditions.
