• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
• Fair rotation will be followed. Players are requested to cooperate with the host.
• Match scores will be recorded.
• Unsportsmanlike behaviour, abusive language, or misconduct may lead to removal from the session.
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue issues, etc.), the session may be rescheduled or cancelled.
• By joining the event, you agree to follow the host&amp;#039;s instructions and maintain a friendly, respectful environment for everyone.
• The participation fee is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another player with prior approval from the host.
