* 🎾 *One ticket = one team of 2 players.* Each ticket is valid for exactly two players.
* 🎟️ *Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable* once purchased.
* 🏓 *Paddles are not included with the ticket.* Paddles are available for rent at the venue, subject to availability.
* ⏰ *Please respect your allocated slot timings* and arrive at least *15 minutes before your scheduled slot* for a smooth check-in.
* 👥 Both players in the team must check in together at the venue.
* 🏆 Players are expected to follow the tournament format, match timings and on-ground instructions shared by the organisers.
* ⚡ *Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time or forfeiture of the match*, depending on the tournament schedule.
* 👟 Please wear appropriate *non-marking sports shoes*
suitable for padel.
* 💚 Come ready to play, compete and have fun — *good sportsmanship is a must!*
* 📸 By participating in the event, players may be photographed or recorded for Hudle&#039;s event and promotional content.
* 📍 The event will be held at *Viva La Vida Country Club* on *29th August*, from *4:30 PM onwards*.
