Terms &amp;amp;amp;amp; Conditions

1. Eligibility
    * This tournament is open to players participating in the Intermediate Open Doubles category.
    * Players are expected to participate at an appropriate skill level. The organisers reserve the right to move or disqualify teams if the registered category is found to be unsuitable.
2. Tournament Format
    * The tournament will follow a League + Knockout format.
    * Matches will be DUPR-rated, subject to DUPR’s applicable rules and rating requirements.
    * The organisers reserve the right to modify the format, match structure, or schedule based on the final number of registrations.
3. Registration &amp;amp;amp;amp; Participation
    * Registration is valid only after successful payment and confirmation.
    * Each team must consist of 2 players.
    * Players must arrive at the venue before their scheduled match time.
    * Late arrival may result in a walkover or disqualification at the organisers’ discretion.
4. Match Rules
    * Matches will be conducted according to the tournament rules communicated by the organisers.
    * Players are expected to maintain fair play and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
    * Any dispute regarding match rules or scoring will be subject to the final decision of the tournament organisers.
5. DUPR Rating
    * Matches will be submitted for DUPR rating where applicable.
    * Players are responsible for ensuring that their DUPR profiles and details are accurate.
    * Any DUPR-related rating or account issue will be governed by DUPR’s policies and is outside the organisers’ control.
6. Prizes
    * Winners: 3000 Hudle Credits
    * Runners Up: 2000 Hudle Credits
    * Prizes are awarded to the winning teams and are subject to the organisers’ verification.
    * Hudle Credits are subject to applicable Hudle terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly permitted.
7. Conduct
    * Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
    * The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant from the tournament for serious misconduct, without refund.
8. Equipment &amp;amp;amp;amp; Personal Belongings
    * Players are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings unless otherwise communicated by the organisers.
    * The organisers and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
9. Safety &amp;amp;amp;amp; Liability
    * Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating.
    * Players should immediately inform the organisers of any injury or safety concern during the event.
    * The organisers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss arising from participation, except where required by applicable law.
10. Cancellation &amp;amp;amp;amp; Refunds

* Cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the registration terms communicated at the time of booking.
* In case of event cancellation or significant changes due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, the organisers will communicate the applicable resolution to registered participants.

11. Event Changes

* The organisers reserve the right to modify the schedule, format, venue, match structure, or other event details when reasonably necessary.
* Any significant changes will be communicated to participants through the registered contact details or event communication channels.

12. Photography &amp;amp;amp;amp; Media

* By participating in the event, participants acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the event and may be used for Hudle’s event-related promotional and community content.

13. Final Authority

* The tournament organisers’ decision on match disputes, player eligibility, conduct, scheduling, and tournament administration will be final.
