RCC Meetup – Terms &amp; Conditions

* Booking is confirmed only after full payment.
* No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
* One free reschedule is allowed if informed at least 12 hours before the game (subject to slot availability).
* If RCC cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances (court issues, weather, etc.), participants will receive a 100% refund or a credit for a future session.
* Players are responsible for carrying their own racket unless otherwise mentioned.
* Fair play and respectful behaviour are mandatory. RCC reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.
* RCC is a community platform and is not responsible for any personal disputes, disagreements, financial dealings, or conflicts between participants.
* Participants are responsible for their own belongings. RCC shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
* Participation is at the individual’s own risk. RCC, its organizers, and venue partners shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or personal loss during the event.
* By joining an RCC event, participants consent to photography and videography for RCC’s promotional and social media content.
