Player Eligibility: Both team members must have a verified DUPR rating below 3.6 to participate in the Open Doubles category.

Mandatory Registration Details: Registration is complete only when the full name, phone number, email ID, and DUPR ID are provided for both team members.

Code of Conduct: Players must maintain sportsmanship at all times. The organizers and venue management (Ace Alley) reserve the right to disqualify any team demonstrating unruly behavior.

Injury &amp;amp;amp; Liability: The organizers (The Pickle Foundry) and the venue partner are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings sustained during the event.

Schedule &amp;amp;amp; Punctuality: All matches will begin strictly according to the designated slots. Teams arriving late by more than 15 minutes from their scheduled match time will face a walkover.

Cancellation &amp;amp;amp; Refund Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any standard circumstances unless the tournament is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers.
