Kochi City Open 

1.A team’s spot is confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited slots.
3. Match schedules will not be adjusted based on individual availability. Players are expected to coordinate.
4. Players must bring their own rackets.
5. Team changes are not allowed after registration closes. No refund policy.
6. Tournament details will be shared directly with players. If not, contact ‪‪+91 93247 92569‬‬ on WhatsApp.
7. There will be no umpires during the tournament. It is the players’ responsibility to keep their own scores and make calls on the court fairly.
8. Players participating in two categories may have to play back-to-back matches. While the organizers will do their best to avoid this, if unavoidable, matches will be scheduled accordingly with a minimum break of 5 minutes if required.
9. Players who have competed in a higher IPT category are not eligible for lower-category events.
10. Organizers reserve the right to refund and withdraw players deemed overqualified.
11. The organization reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tournament/category due to unforeseen conditions or insufficient registrations.
12. The organization reserves the right to change total number of teams, match times, order of play, assigned courts, or venue if required by circumstances.
13. Each team will get minimum 2-3 league matches depending upon the number of registrations received.
14. Cash prize will be based on total registrations received both, across all categories and within individual ones.
15. Tournament schedule will be released 3-4 days prior to the tournament.
16. Ranking Points Allocation (Open Level Category)
In the case of an Open Level category, the PSF &amp; IPT Tournament Committee reserves the right to allocate PSF ranking points based on the assessed skill level of participants during the tournament. This ensures that ranking points are awarded in a manner that reflects the competitive standard of play.
17. By agreeing to these terms, players commit to being available and dedicated to the tournament on 12th, 13th, and 14th September 2025.
