SOCIAL PICKLEBALL – TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS

1. Fair Play: All players are expected to play honestly and report scores accurately. Any misconduct or false reporting may lead to disqualification.
2. Format: Matches follow a King of the Court format with rotating partners and court movement based on results.
3. Scoring:
    * Win = 2 points
    * Loss = 0 points
    * Top Court Finish Bonus = +2 points
4. Reporting Scores: Players must submit their final win count at the end of the session. The organizer’s decision on leaderboard standings will be final.
5. Punctuality: Players must arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss initial rounds and will not receive adjustments.
6. Conduct: Respect fellow players, staff, and facilities. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal without refund.
7. Booking &amp; Cancellation: Slots are limited and confirmed only upon payment. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded.
8. Liability: Players participate at their own risk. The club is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage of personal belongings.
9. Organizer Rights: The club reserves the right to modify format, schedule, or rules if required for smooth operations.
