Dates: 5th - 6th September 2026 Venue: Manav Rachna Sports Academy, Sector- 14 Events: ● 25m (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breatstroke) for U8 and U10 Category ● 50m Freestyle , 50m Backstroke, 50m Breaststroke U12, U14, U16, U18, 19-30 & 30+ ● 100m Relay Freestyle for all the categories Entry fees: ● 1000/- per event for (U-8, U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16, U-18 boys & girls) ● 1500/- per event for Open age category men & women(19 - 30 & 30+). ● 4000/- per team for team participation in 100m relay freestyle . ● 6000/- per team for team participation in 100m relay freestyle in Open Category Cash Prize Open Category: Winner - 3100, Runner Up - 2100 (Individual Event) Winner - 8100, Runner Up - 7100 (Relay event) U8, 10,12,14,16,18 Categories: Trophies, Medals and Certificates TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Participants must report to the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled event. 2. Age categories and event participation will be determined based on the documents submitted during registration. 3. Participants are expected to maintain discipline, sportsmanship, and respect towards officials, coaches, volunteers, and fellow participants. 4. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the event schedule, categories, or rules if required. 5. The decision of the judges and technical officials shall be final and binding. 6. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct. 7. Registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the Organizing Committee. 8. Incase of Open Category, for awarding the prize money the : The Individual event should have minimum 5 entries The Relay 100m freestyle should have minimum 4 team
