I/We certify that the participant named above is physically fit, and I/We are not aware of any injury, illness, or other health-related issues that would prevent or limit their ability to participate in sports activities. 
I/We acknowledge the inherent risks involved with this activity, including, but not limited to, muscle tears, sprains, and other physical injuries. I/We certify that the participants participation is voluntary and I/We have been made aware of these risks. I/We agree to assume all risks, expenses, and take full responsibility for any injuries that may occur as a result of the participants involvement in this academy.
I/We authorize the coaches, staff, or representatives of the McDonald’s Indian Padel Academy to seek, provide, or arrange for necessary medical treatment, first aid, or emergency care for the participant, including transportation to a medical facility, in the event of injury, illness, or emergency during academy activities, if I/We cannot be reached. I/We understand that I/We are solely responsible for all costs associated with such medical treatment and transportation.
I/We acknowledge that Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited, Westlife Foodworld Limited or McDonald’s shall not be liable for any misconduct by participants or any physical harm that may occur in the normal course of practicing the sport.
I/We understand that while participating in this academy, the participant may be photographed or video-recorded. I/We agree to allow such photos, videos, or films to potentially be used for marketing purposes by Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited, Westlife Foodworld Limited, or McDonald’s and their partners, to promote the academy.
I/We agree that the Sponsor and its partners are not liable for the loss of any of the participants belongings during the academy. I/We acknowledge that the participant must wear the academy uniform. I/We understand that participation in the academy does not guarantee any specific level of skill development, performance improvement, or success. 
Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited, Westlife Foodworld Limited, and McDonald’s is not responsible for the participants individual progress or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I/We agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited, Westlife Foodworld Limited, McDonald’s, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, Released Parties) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney&#039;s fees) arising out of or in connection with the participant&#039;s participation in the academy, including but not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or death, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties.
This Declaration and Undertaking shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Terms &amp;amp; Conditions:

1. Payment must be made in advance and exclusively through Hudle to avail of Academy coaching services.

2. The coaching term is for 3 months and only 1 cover-up session will be provided during the term. 7Padel holds the right to provide a cover-up at any 7Padel centre depending on slot availability.

3. If there is an event, tournament, maintenance or any such scenario where the court is not available, then the academy has the right to reschedule the coaching sessions to a different centre with advance notice.

4. For monthly coaching, no cover-ups will be provided.

5. Coaching Program is for 8 sessions, divided as 2 sessions per week.

6. If the coach is unable to attend, a replacement coach will be provided for the session.

7. Each session will accommodate a maximum of 4 players for adult sessions and 6–8 players for children&#039;s sessions depending on the age group.

8. All players must bring their own racquets. All other necessary equipment for training will be provided by the McDonald’s Indian Padel Academy during the sessions (only at 7Padel Centres).

9. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the session as additional time will not be provided.

10. Respect for coaches, equipment, and the facility is mandatory.

11. Cancellation Policy: 3% of the booking amount will be charged as handling charges.

12. Once you have registered for the month, the registration cannot be transferred to another month.
