By participating, the attendee acknowledges that pickleball may involve inherent risks including physical exertion, falls, collisions, equipment failure, and injury. * All participants must adhere to posted facility rules, as well as instructions from Swysh staff. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund. * Proper sports attire, including non-marking shoes, is required on court at all times. * Smoking, consumption of alcohol/drugs, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited within the premises. * Swysh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Participants are advised to keep their belongings secure. * The clinic is suitable for adults and minors above the age of 12. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless authorized by Swysh management. * By entering Swysh, attendees consent to photography or video recording for promotional purposes unless they notify staff in writing before the event. * Health Declaration: Participants confirm they are in suitable health to undertake physical activity and will refrain from participating if unwell or under the influence. * Swysh reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who fails to comply with these terms, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to others. * By participating, attendees hereby release and forever discharge Swysh Pickleball, its owners, staff, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses or expenses (including injury or property damage), whether arising from negligence or otherwise, sustained during their use of the premises or participation in the event. * The participant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Swysh Pickleball, its owners, staff, affiliates, and contractors, from any liability, costs, claims, damages, legal fees or losses incurred due to their participation or behavior during the event. * These terms are governed by applicable laws of Karnataka, India. By purchasing a ticket and participating, each attendee acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
