Court & Equipment Played on a small court (like badminton). Use a paddle and a plastic ball with holes. 2. Serving Serve underhand (hit below the waist). Stand behind the line and serve diagonally. The ball must land past the no-volley zone (kitchen). 3. Double Bounce Rule Let the ball bounce once on each side before hitting in the air. After that, hit before or after a bounce. 4. Kitchen Rule No volleying (hitting in the air) inside the kitchen. Step in only if the ball bounces first. 5. Scoring & Winning Every rally gives a point (even if you didn’t serve). First to 15 points wins. 6. Common Mistakes (Faults) Hitting out of bounds. Ball bouncing twice before hitting. Stepping in the kitchen while volleying. Serving incorrectly Have fun!
