LADIES! We have something new planned for you! Come try a new and easy to learn sport with us! Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and we are here to help you learn! Weekly Pickleball Session is here! Join us for a hands-on coaching session Every Saturday 7:30-8:30pm Goalster, St. Joseph's School Grounds Session requirements : Comfortable workout clothes, shoes (running shoes/training shoes), water bottle and lots of enthusiasm! The session is 60mins long, and will consist of a warm-up, sport based drills which are fun and athletic, a small game and a cool down at the end.
