Player Registration

1. Format
	•	The tournament will follow a Pool + Knockout format.
	•	Teams will be divided into 4 or 5 pools depending on total registrations.
	•	Top teams from each pool will qualify for the knockout stage.
	•	All matches will be doubles.
	•	Each match will be played as a single game to 11 points (win by 2).

2. Match Rules
	•	Official pickleball rules will apply.
	•	Side switch at 6 points.
	•	Teams must report 10 minutes prior to their scheduled match.
	•	Any team arriving more than 5 minutes late will forfeit the match.
	•	In pool matches, draws are not allowed. Sudden death point at 10–10 if needed to stay on schedule.

3. Scoring &amp; Advancement
	•	Pool ranking will be based on:
	1.	Matches won
	2.	Point difference
	3.	Head-to-head result
	•	The top 2 teams from each pool will advance to the knockouts

	•	In case of tie in points, tournament officials’ decision will be final.

4. Conduct &amp; Fair Play
	•	Players must maintain sportsmanlike behavior at all times.
	•	Any form of abuse, misconduct, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification.
	•	Only players and officials are allowed inside the court area during matches.

5. General
	•	The schedule is subject to change depending on weather or unforeseen delays.
	•	PPS Club will not be held liable for any injuries or lost property during the event.
	•	By registering, players agree to be photographed or recorded for promotional use.
	•	Decisions made by the tournament referee or organizer are final.
