Terms &amp; conditions:

1. Registration charges for 2 players is ₹1000/- only.
 
2. Above charges are only for the *tournament*.

3. Teams are requested to reach at the venue on their respective time slots as allotted to them.
(Failure to which will be considered win for the opponent).

4. The time slots and the team number for matches will be shared once all the registrations are done.

5. Quarter final Matches will be based on best of 3 games (5 points each) played between the two teams.
6. Semi- finals &amp; finals will be played on the basis single 11 points game.

7. Players are expected to arrive for the tournament in proper sportswear.

8. Rules and results decided by PICFIT are non challengeable and players are expected to consider the decisions as final.

9. Best 3 teams who will win the finals will be declared as winners.

10. PICFIT has the sole right to accept or reject any entries or registration without giving any reason.

11. Registration once done is non transferable/refundable.  

12. Registrations will be close on 30/10/25.

13. All the participants will be given certificate of participation as a token of appreciation.

14. Copy of Aadhar card  is required with the registration fees.

15. Attractive prizes will be awarded to three winning teams.
