RCC Sunday Badminton Meetup – Terms &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Conditions

1. Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. Badminton is a physical sport involving inherent risks including injuries, slips, falls, collisions, and other unforeseen incidents.
2. Level spoofing or intentionally registering in a lower skill category to reduce fees or gain an unfair advantage will not be tolerated. The organizer reserves the right to reassess your playing level, move you to the appropriate category, deny participation, or bar you from future RCC events without refund.
3. By registering, participants confirm they are physically fit to play and understand the demands of the sport. RCC, its organizers, volunteers, venue partners, sponsors, and Hudle are not responsible for assessing medical fitness.
4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless Racquets Club Community (RCC), its organizers, volunteers, venue partners, sponsors, Hudle, and associated partners from any claims arising from personal injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, loss of belongings, or any incident occurring before, during, or after the meetup.
5. Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, including racquets, bags, mobile phones, wallets, and other valuables. RCC accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.
6. Participants must display good sportsmanship and respect fellow players, organizers, venue staff, and facilities. Misconduct, abusive behaviour, dangerous play, or failure to follow organizer instructions may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. The organizer reserves the right to modify schedules, player rotations, match formats, court allocations, or cancel the event if necessary. The organizer also reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation at their sole discretion.
8. Playing time depends on participant numbers, court availability, and event scheduling. Registration does not guarantee a minimum number of matches or court time.
9. By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded, and grant RCC permission to use such content for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.
10. Registrations are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or removal due to violation of these terms.
11. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless RCC, its organizers, volunteers, venue partners, sponsors, and Hudle against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from their actions or breach of these Terms &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Conditions.
12. In case of a medical emergency, the organizer may arrange first aid or contact emergency services. All medical treatment and related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.
13. These Terms &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
14. By registering or attending the meetup, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Conditions.
