RCC PlayPass Membership – Terms &amp;amp;amp;amp; Conditions

These Terms &amp;amp;amp;amp; Conditions govern all RCC PlayPass memberships, subscriptions, and member benefits offered by Racquets Club Community (RCC).

1. Membership Validity

* Membership is valid for 30 days from the activation date unless otherwise specified.
* Membership benefits cannot be carried forward after expiry.
* Renewal is required to continue receiving member benefits.

2. Booking Policy

* Members must reserve their slot through the official RCC booking platform.
* Booking confirmation is subject to court availability.
* Members receive priority booking access before public registrations.
* RCC reserves the right to close bookings once venue capacity is reached.

3. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure equal playing opportunities for all members:

* Unlimited memberships are subject to a Fair Usage Policy.
* RCC may restrict excessive bookings that prevent other members from accessing sessions.
* Consecutive no-shows or repeated overbooking may result in temporary booking restrictions.

4. Transferable Membership

One of RCC’s unique benefits.

Members may transfer their booked session to another player.

Conditions:

* Transfer must be completed before the booking cut-off.
* The substitute player must follow RCC rules.
* The original member remains responsible for any misconduct or unpaid dues relating to that booking.
* Membership ownership cannot be permanently transferred; only individual session bookings can.

5. Cancellation &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; No-Show Policy

Members may cancel their booking within the permitted cancellation window.

If a member:

* Doesn’t attend,
* Doesn’t inform RCC,
* Or repeatedly no-shows,

RCC reserves the right to:

* Count the session as utilized.
* Restrict future advance bookings.
* Suspend member privileges for repeated violations.

6. Guest Policy

Guests may play only if:

* Slots are available.
* Guest fees are paid where applicable.
* RCC approves the booking.

Guest pricing may differ from member pricing.

7. Event Discounts

Members receive exclusive pricing on eligible RCC events.

* Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
* Some premium tournaments or special events may be excluded.
* Discount percentage may vary by event.

8. Merchandise &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Partner Discounts

Members enjoy exclusive discounts from RCC and participating partner brands.

* Discounts are applicable only during an active membership.
* Partner offers may change without prior notice.
* Each partner’s individual terms and conditions apply.

9. Membership Payments

* Membership fees are payable in advance.
* Membership becomes active only after successful payment.
* All prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as communicated at checkout.

10. Refund Policy

* Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
* Refunds will only be considered if RCC cancels the entire membership before activation or where required by applicable law.
* Unused sessions cannot be converted into cash or credits unless expressly approved by RCC.

11. Session Rescheduling

If RCC cancels a session due to:

* Court unavailability
* Venue closure
* Weather (for outdoor venues)
* Operational reasons

Members will receive either:

* A replacement session
* A credit
* Or an alternative session, at RCC’s discretion.

12. Member Conduct

All members are expected to:

* Respect fellow players.
* Follow venue rules.
* Maintain sportsmanship.
* Avoid abusive language or behaviour.
* Use equipment responsibly.
* Follow game rotation managed by RCC.

RCC may suspend or terminate memberships for serious misconduct without refund.

13. Damage &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Liability

Members are responsible for any damage caused to:

* Courts
* Venue property
* RCC equipment
* Partner facilities

due to negligence or misuse.

14. Medical Responsibility

Members participate at their own risk.

RCC is not responsible for:

* Injuries
* Medical conditions
* Accidents
* Loss or theft of personal belongings

Members are encouraged to consult a medical professional before participating.

15. Photography &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Media

During RCC events and sessions, photographs and videos may be captured.

By participating, members grant RCC permission to use such media for:

* Social media
* Marketing
* Promotional campaigns
* Website content
* Event highlights

Members who prefer not to appear in media should notify RCC before the session.

16. Membership Benefits

Member benefits, including discounts, priority booking, and exclusive offers, may be updated, added, or discontinued at RCC’s discretion. Any changes will not affect sessions already booked under an active membership.

17. Suspension &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Termination

RCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund in cases including but not limited to:

* Fraudulent activity
* Misuse of membership benefits
* Sharing credentials
* Repeated policy violations
* Harassment or abusive behaviour
* Non-compliance with venue or RCC rules

18. Force Majeure

RCC shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, power failures, or venue closures.

19. Final Decision

All operational decisions, membership eligibility, booking disputes, and interpretation of these Terms &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; Conditions shall rest solely with Racquets Club Community (RCC). RCC reserves the right to amend these Terms &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;Conditions at any time, with updated versions becoming effective upon publication.
