1. Advance booking is mandatory to confirm your participation.
2. Registrations close strictly on Thursday before the event. No late entries will be accepted.
3. No refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed, irrespective of the reason.
4. No backouts or cancellations after confirmation. Your slot remains reserved and chargeable.
5. In case of personal emergencies, injury, illness, traffic, or any unforeseen circumstances, RCC will not be responsible for providing replacements, credits, refunds, or compensation.
6. Players are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may lose playing time.
7. Match schedules and player pairings are managed by RCC to ensure fair gameplay and may be adjusted if required.
8. Participants are expected to maintain sportsmanship and respect towards fellow players, organizers, and venue staff.
9. RCC reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any player for misconduct or violation of community guidelines.
10. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full.
