Rules
Tournament Format:
The tournament will follow a Group Stage + Knockout format. Each team will consist of 2 players. The event is open to beginner and intermediate players in an open and a women's category format along with a Mixed Doubles Format

Group Stage:
Teams will be divided into groups. Each team will play 3 guaranteed group-stage matches. Group-stage matches will be played in Fast 4 format. The final group structure and fixtures will be shared after registrations close.

Knockout Qualification:
The top teams from the group stage will qualify for the knockout rounds. Qualification will be based on match wins, followed by game difference, games won, head-to-head result where applicable, and tournament committee decision if still tied.

Knockout Stage:
The knockout stage will include pre-quarter finals, quarter finals, semi finals and finals, depending on the final number of teams. All knockout matches will also be played in Fast 4 format. However, Semi finals will be for one set each with tie breaker at 5-5 of 7 points. Finals will be same as semis but with 2 sets each and super tie breaker at set score of 1-1 of 10 points. 

Fast 4 Match Rules:
Matches will be played to 4 games. A team must win by the applicable Fast 4 scoring format decided by the tournament committee. In case of a tie at 3-3, a tie-break or deciding game may be used depending on scheduling requirements. No-ad  - golden point scoring on deuce will be applied to keep matches on schedule.

Semi-Finals Rules:
Semi-final matches will be played as one full set. The first team to win 6 games wins the set, provided there is a 2-game lead. If the score reaches 5-5, a standard 7-point tie-break will be played. The tie-break must be won by 2 points. Standard deuce scoring may be followed, unless the tournament committee applies golden point scoring to manage timing.

Finals Rules:
The final will be played as a best-of-2 sets format with a super tie-break if required. Each set will be played to 6 games, with a 7-point tie-break at 5-5. If both teams win one set each and the set score is 1-1, a 10-point super tie-break will be played to decide the winner. The super tie-break must be won by 2 points.

Fast 4 Rules for Earlier Rounds:
Group-stage, pre-quarter-final and quarter-final matches will be played in Fast 4 format. Matches will be played to 4 games. At deuce, golden point / no-ad scoring will apply to keep matches on schedule. If the score reaches 3-3, the tournament committee may apply a tie-break or deciding game depending on scheduling requirements.

Reporting Time:
Players must report at least 20 minutes before their scheduled match time. Teams not present when called may lose by walkover at the discretion of the tournament committee.

Warm-Up:
Warm-up time may be restricted to 3 minutes before each match to ensure the schedule runs on time.

Match Calls:
Players must be ready to play immediately when their match is announced. Repeated delays may lead to point penalties, game penalties or walkover.

Line Calls &amp; Disputes:
Matches may be self-officiated unless referees/markers are assigned. Players are expected to make fair calls. In case of a dispute, the tournament coordinator’s decision will be final.

Substitutions:
Player substitutions are not allowed once the tournament begins unless approved by the tournament committee due to injury or exceptional circumstances.

Injury / Medical Timeout:
A short medical timeout may be allowed at the discretion of the tournament committee. If a team is unable to continue, the opposing team may be awarded the match.

Code of Conduct:
Players must maintain sportsmanship at all times. Abuse, misconduct, intentional delay, equipment abuse, or disrespect towards players, officials, organisers, sponsors or venue staff may result in disqualification.

Final Authority:
The tournament committee reserves the right to modify fixtures, format, timings, qualification rules or match duration in case of delays, weather, venue requirements or operational constraints. The decision of the tournament committee will be final and binding.
