Terms &amp; Conditions – Smash &amp; Spin Pickleball Tournament
Eligibility:

The tournament is open to players of all skill levels.

Participants must be 14 years or older.

Registration:

Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the entry fee.

Entry Fee: ₹1000 for Singles | ₹2000 per team for Doubles.

Fees are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation.

Event Format:

The format (round-robin/knockout) will be decided based on the number of entries.

Matches will be officiated by professional referees and decisions made by them will be final.

Player Responsibility:

Players must report 15 minutes before their scheduled match time.

Unavailability or delay may result in a walkover.

Players must bring their own paddles; balls will be provided.

Code of Conduct:

Any form of misconduct, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to disqualification.

Respect towards referees, opponents, and staff is mandatory.

Safety &amp; Liability:

Participants play at their own risk. Smash &amp; Spin is not responsible for any injuries or loss of belongings.

Basic first aid will be available on-site.

Prizes &amp; Recognition:

Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded to winners and runners-up.

All participants will receive goodies and refreshments.

Photography &amp; Media:

By registering, players consent to the use of their photos/videos for promotional purposes.

Limited Entries:

Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
