1. All participants must register and pay the entry fee prior to the registration deadline. Registrations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Players must report to the control desk at least 15 to 20 minutes before their scheduled match time.

3. In case of rain, severe weather, or unplayable court conditions, matches may be delayed, shortened, or rescheduled.

4. Entry fees are generally non-refundable after registration closes, except in cases of event cancellation by the organizer.

5. Participants acknowledge that pickleball/padel involves physical activity and risk of injury.

6. By participating, players grant permission to the organizers to record photos/videos during the tournament and use them for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
