Pools will be decided based on number of entries and Dupr ratings to make it more fair as well as.competitive.

MATCH FORMAT			
1	League matches (round-robin within pools) followed by Semifinal and Final.		
2	If a category has fewer than 4 confirmed entries, that category skips the Semifinal and goes directly from League to Final.		
3	Pool standings are decided by: (i) match win/loss record, (ii) head-to-head result, (iii) point differential, in that order.		
4	Only 2 minutes of warm-up rallies are allowed before each match begins (League, Semifinal, and Final). The Referee/Court Official will call time.		
5	A few last-minute entries are expected; pools/brackets may be adjusted on the morning of the event to accommodate them without changing the overall League → Semifinal → Final structure.		
			
SCORING			
1	All League and Semifinal matches are played to 11 service points.		
2	The Final is played to 15 service points.		
3	Golden Point: in League/Semifinal matches, if the score reaches 10-10, the next point wins the match (Golden Point) — no requirement to win by 2. In the Final, this applies at 14-14.		
4	Standard pickleball serving, side-out, and fault rules apply unless specifically modified by these rules.		
			
COURT CONDUCT &amp;amp; OFFICIATING			
1	The Referee's call on the court is final for all on-court decisions (faults, line calls, service, etc.).		
2	Ceiling Fault: if the ball hits the ceiling/roof off a shot played by the hitting team/player, the point is awarded to the opponent.		
3	Interruption by a ball or object entering from another court requires the point to be replayed in full, regardless of the state of the rally.		
4	Ball changes during a match are at the Referee's discretion only — players may not request or make a ball change unilaterally.		
5	Walkover: if a player/team is not present and ready to play within 10 minutes of being called for their match, a walkover will be awarded to their opponent.		
6	All players and teams are expected to maintain professional court conduct at all times — this includes respectful language, no disputing of Referee calls beyond a brief clarification, and no delay tactics.		
7	The Organizer's decision on all arrangements (scheduling, courts, pools, seeding, logistics, etc.) is final and cannot be contested.		
8	These rules are subject to amendment at the sole discretion of the Organizers, including on the day of the event if required.		
			
REPORTING, MEALS &amp;amp; MERCHANDISE			
	
Winning credits/rewards, where applicable, will be awarded via the partner booking app used for registration (e.g. Hudle) and valid for 30 days.
