Registration and Payment
* Registration and payment are only through Hudle. An entry is confirmed only when payment is complete.
* Registrations close at 11:59 PM, 10 November 2026.
* Entry fees are per entry: per player in singles, and per team in doubles.
* In doubles, the player who registers is the primary player. All changes and cancellations go through the primary player.

Eligibility
* A valid DUPR ID is mandatory. The Swysh team checks each player's DUPR rating within 48 hours of registration, and that rating applies for the whole tournament. A player found ineligible for the event entered will be disqualified and forfeit his or her registration fee.
* Beginner is DUPR below 3.4, Intermediate below 4.0 and Advanced below 4.5. These limits apply to each player individually. Players may play up a band, never down.
* Ages are counted as on 14 Nov 2026. Original photo ID must be shown at check-in.

Accuracy of information
* Players must provide accurate personal details, age and DUPR rating during registration. A player found to have provided false information, or to have deliberately misrepresented their eligibility, may be disqualified from all events without refund at any stage of the tournament. They also forfeit any prize money, trophies and ranking points.

Cancellation &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; refund policy
* Players can cancel until 11:59 PM, 30 October 2026. The entry fee is refunded less a ₹150 cancellation fee.
* No cancellations or refunds after 30 October 2026, for any reason.
* Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 working days.
* No refund is given for disqualification or for not reporting to play.

Modification policy
* If a partner drops out, the team can change partner until 11:59 PM, 10 November 2026, for a ₹150 modification fee. The new partner must be eligible and pass DUPR verification.
* No modifications after 10 November 2026. Entries cannot be moved to a different event.

Event changes
* An event with fewer than 8 entries may be merged or have its prize pro-rated. If an event is cancelled and not merged, entrants get a full refund with no fee, or may transfer to another event for which they are eligible.

Players under 18
* A parent or legal guardian must give consent and complete the participation, waiver and medical-emergency consent forms, with an emergency contact number. A parent, guardian or authorised adult must accompany the player at the venue at all times.

Indemnity &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; waiver of liability
1. Participation at own risk. Pickleball is a physical sport with an inherent risk of injury. Every participant takes part voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. This includes participants under 18, whose parent or guardian accepts on their behalf.
2. No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swysh is not responsible or liable for any of the following, however caused:
 * injury, illness, disability or death;
 * loss, theft of or damage to personal belongings, equipment or vehicles;
 * any accident, incident or loss at the venue, during the tournament, or while travelling to or from it.
3. This protection covers Swysh's owners, directors, staff, officials, volunteers, sponsors, partners and venue providers.
4. Medical fitness. Each participant confirms they are medically fit to play. Any medical treatment, first aid or hospital care is at their own cost. Swysh may stop any participant from playing if, in its opinion, it is unsafe for them to continue.
5. Indemnity. Each participant, and the parent or guardian of each minor, agrees to indemnify and hold Swysh harmless against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost or expense arising from their participation or conduct. This includes any claim made by a third party.
6. Waiver of claims. By registering, each participant permanently gives up any right to bring a claim, complaint or legal proceeding against Swysh about their participation in the tournament.
7. Limit of liability. If any liability is found despite the above, Swysh's total liability to any participant will not exceed the entry fee that participant paid.

Right to cancel, postpone or modify
8. Swysh may, at its sole discretion and at any time:
 * cancel, postpone or reschedule the tournament or any event;
 * change the venue, dates, timings, format, schedule or courts;
 * merge, split or withdraw any event.
9. Swysh does not have to give a reason, and no participant may object to or challenge any such decision.
10. If Swysh postpones or moves the tournament, registrations carry over to the new dates or venue. A participant who cannot attend may request a refund of their entry fee.
11. If Swysh cancels the tournament entirely, the entry fee is refunded. That refund is the participant's only remedy. Swysh is not liable for any other cost, including travel, accommodation, time off work or any other loss.

Force majeure
12. Swysh is not liable for any cancellation, postponement, interruption or failure to perform any obligation that results from events beyond its reasonable control. These include:
 * natural disasters, extreme weather, floods and fire;
 * epidemics and pandemics;
 * government orders, restrictions or curfews;
 * civil unrest, strikes and bandhs;
 * power failures or the venue becoming unavailable;
 * failure of the registration or payment platform;
 * any other event beyond Swysh's reasonable control.
13. In any such event, Swysh may cancel, postpone, shorten or modify the tournament as it decides. Swysh's decision on how to proceed, including any refund, is final and binding.

Agreement &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; final authority
14. By registering, players (and parents or guardians, for minors) accept the Swysh Challenger 2026 Tournament Handbook in full, including the media consent, the liability waiver and the code of conduct.
15. Swysh is the sole and final authority on all matters relating to the tournament. Its decisions are final, binding and not open to appeal or challenge. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
