Women’s days special

1. Eligibility• The event is open to all women players for respective categories.• Mixed Doubles requires one female player on court at all times.• Players can register in multiple categories by paying separate entry fees. 2. Registration• Entry will be confirmed only after full payment.• Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.• No spot entries unless announced by the organizer.• Registration is non-transferable without prior approval. 3. Refund Policy• No refunds once the draw is published.• In case of event cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. 4. Reporting Time• Players must report at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match.• Walkover will be given if a player/team is 10 minutes late from match call. 5. Match Format• Format & scoring system will be as per tournament schedule.• The decision of the referee/organizing committee will be final. 6. DUPR / Skill Category (if applicable)• Players must register in the correct skill category.• Organizers reserve the right to move a player to an appropriate category. 7. Substitutions• Substitution allowed only before the start of the player’s first match.• Replacement player must fit the same category criteria. 8. Line Calls & Officiating• All players are expected to make fair line calls.• In case of a dispute, the referee’s decision will be final. 9. Time-outs & Warm-up• 2 minutes warm-up will be allowed.• 1 time-out per team per game (if match format permits). 10. Code of Conduct• Players must maintain sportsmanship and respect opponents, officials & venue.• Any form of misconduct may lead to disqualification without refund. 11. Equipment• Only approved paddles and balls to be used.• Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes are mandatory. 12. Prize Distribution• Cash prizes will be awarded after completion of the category.• 13. Media & Photography• The event will be photographed and recorded.• Players agree to the use of their photos/videos for promotional purposes. 14. Liability• Organizers are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event. 15. Organizer Rights• आयोजizers reserve the right to modify schedule, format, or categories due to unforeseen circumstances.• The organizer’s decision in all matters will be final and binding.
