Enrollment Fees

1. General Information
1.1. YFI Football Summer Camp is organised by Premier Sports International) and will take place from [10th June ] to [29th June] at [Bidhan Chandra Vidyalaya] in Moti Bagh, South Delhi.

2. Registration and Payment
2.2. The registration fee for the Camp is [INR 4130] per participant. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.
2.3. Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases of medical emergencies or at the discretion of the Organizer.

3. Eligibility
3.1. The Camp is open to children aged 5 to 16.
3.2. All participants must submit a completed medical form, signed by a parent or guardian, confirming that the participant is in good health and fit to participate in the Camp.

4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Participants are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Organizer and Camp staff.
4.2. Bullying, harassment, and any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. Any participant found violating this policy may be expelled from the Camp without a refund.
4.3. Participants must respect the Camp property and the property of others. Any damage caused by a participant will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

5. Health and Safety
5.1. The Organizer will provide trained staff and ensure that appropriate safety measures are in place. However, participation in sports activities carries inherent risks, and the Organizer is not liable for any injuries sustained during the Camp.
5.2. In the event of a medical emergency, the Organizer will make every effort to contact the parent or guardian. If necessary, the Organizer has permission to seek medical treatment for the participant.

6. Photographs and Media
6.1. The Organizer may take photographs and videos during the Camp for promotional purposes. By registering for the Camp, parents or guardians consent to the use of these images and videos.
6.2. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please inform the Organiser in writing prior to the start of the Camp.

7. Liability
7.1. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings of participants.
7.2. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or illness that occurs during the Camp, except where such incident is a result of negligence on the part of the Organizer.

By registering for the Camp, participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
