Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Payments and cancellation requests must be made at least 6-hours prior to game start time. 2. Let’s not ruin the fun with no-shows or last-minute cancellations. 3. No payments will be accepted on the field. Every spot will be confirmed and communicated, along with the payment prior to the match. 4. In the event of cancellations as per the cancellation policy (6 hours prior), no refunds will be given; however, the same payment will be used for subsequent games. 5. Players are recommended to notify the group directly of the payment completion, along with the names of all the individuals they are paying for.
