Ebenezer International School has introduced premium sporting facilities designed to cater to multiple disciplines. The venue features two courts—ideal for basketball, with Court 2 also adaptable for tennis. Swimming enthusiasts can enjoy four dedicated lanes, while football players have access to a full-sized 11v11 natural grass football ground, perfect for both training and competitive matches.

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all users, the following rules must be strictly adhered to by everyone using the sports facilities. 

1.	Smoking, drinking alcohol, vaping, and the use of any intoxicating substances on or near the premises.

2.	Please vacate the premises promptly after your booked session. Lingering without authorization will be treated as trespassing.

3.	Maintain decorum and respect staff, fellow players, and facility property at all times.

4.	Sport-specific shoes are allowed. Spikes, heels, sandals, or bare feet are strictly prohibited.

5.	No Food or Drinks on Court: Water bottles are permitted; however, food, soft drinks, or any other beverages are not allowed inside the playing area.

6.	Spitting, littering, and chewing gum on the court or in common areas is not permitted.

7.	Animals are strictly prohibited within the facility for hygiene and safety reasons.

8.	Do not misuse or abuse court fixtures, nets, or any facility property.

9.	All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition immediately after use. Damaged or missing items may incur penalties.

10.	All participants play at their own risk. Users are expected to take necessary precautions and use protective gear where applicable.

11.	If there is any injury, a basic first-aid box will be available, but medical help should be arranged on your own if needed.

12.	Management is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.

13.	All bookings and payments must be made via the Hudle App. Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

14.	Users must stick to their booked time slots. Please arrive 15 minutes early and leave within 15 minutes after your slot ends. Staying longer is not allowed.

15.	Refunds will not be entertained beyond the specified policy terms.

16.	The facility is under surveillance for safety and security. By entering the premises, users consent to being recorded.

17.	Any misconduct, including but not limited to aggressive behavior, verbal abuse, or willful damage, will lead to immediate suspension of access without refund.

18.	Violation of any of the above rules may result in denial of entry, cancellation of bookings, and permanent blacklisting from the facility.

19.   A valid government-issued ID will be required at the entrance. Security personnel will verify the identity and record basic details for entry.
