PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Events organized by third party organisers (‘Organisers’):

Hudle does not set cancellation and refund policies on behalf of the Organisers listed on its website or web-based application. It is the responsibility of the Organisers to communicate its refund policy to you and to issue refunds in accordance therewith. Consequently, your requests for refund of your Order should be directed to Organisers with whom you make a booking through our website/app and in no event shall be directed to Hudle. Any refund-related issues or disputes shall be strictly between the you and the Organisers; Hudle shall not be liable for any refund-related claims in connection with event services.

Refund/Cancellation Policy for events organized by Hudle:

You agree and acknowledge that once an order has been successfully placed, you shall not be entitled to cancel your Order under any circumstances.

You further agree and acknowledge that all the fees paid to Hudle shall be non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.

In case an event directly organized by Hudle is cancelled, then you will be issued a voucher for the full amount of booking which can be redeemed against any future bookings on Hudle within six months from the date of cancellation.

Refund for failed online ticket booking will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Venues

In case you wish to cancel booking for venues posted on Hudle The App, then the booking amount shall be refunded in the following manner:

Online Payment

In addition to the abovementioned cancellation charges, the refund amount shall be subject to deduction of bank charges i.e. 3% of the booking amount.

Pay at Venue:

*Hudle reserves the right to change/modify this cancellation and refund policy without any prior notice.
